Our District boundaries encompass the towns of Newcastle, Penryn and Loomis, approximately two thirds of Rocklin and a small portion of Ophir and Granite Bay. Proof of residency or property ownership is required to purchase plots.
Sales to non-residents is limited to those persons who have members of their immediate* family who own plots, reside in, or are buried in the cemetery District. Qualifying Out of District customers must pay Out of District fees.
You will need to contact the Newcastle Office to verify eligibility.
*Immediate family is defined as a spouse, child or step-child (natural or adopted), parents, brother, sister, half brother/sister, parent/brother/sister-in law, nephew, niece, aunt, uncle, first cousin, or any person denoted as “grand...”, “great...”, or the spouse of any of these persons. Proof of relationship is required, effective 2/1/1996.
